Many publishers include the DOI along with other citation information on the first page of an article. If you have a PDF of the article examine it to look for the DOI in the margins, header, and footer.

CrossRef.org is the organization that facilitates the creation and use of DOIs by publishers and scholars.  Its database contains citation information for all articles that have been assigned DOIs. You can search it using the article information you have to find out what the DOI is.

If you have a DOI and need to find the article, simply visit https://doi.org and enter the DOI. While this will lead to the article at the site of the original publisher of the article, Tarrant County College may not have a subscription to the publication through the publisher. Use the information about the article (title, author, date, etc.) to search for the article at https://library.tccd.edu
