Yes, many of the Article Databases are available through the TCC Catalog search. However, it isn't completely comprehensive--not all of the library databases are included-- and it doesn't have all the advanced search capabilities individual databases have.
To see which databases are included in a TCC Catalog search, look at the alphabetical list of databases, view all descriptions, then look for Available in TCC Catalog Search.
